  • Bring your food, drinks, personal luggage and swimming towels and the rest is on us!

    There are plenty of great restaurants and places to eat at in Hanmer Springs. There is also a well stoked Four Square for all your grocery needs any essentials you may have forgotten.

    We provide bath towels but please bring your own pool tools.

    Hand towels, face clothes, bath mats, and tea towels are supplied.

    You will arrive to all beds made.

    We have a porta-cot available on request.

  • There are 4 bedrooms:

    • 2 x Master Bedrooms with Queen Bed and Ensuite

    • Family Room with Queen Bed and Single Bed (easy access to downstairs Bathroom & WC)

    • Bunk Room with four King Single Beds (easy access to downstairs Bathroom & WC)

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

    If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, youโ€™ll be refunded 50% of your booking.

    There is no refund if guests cancel less than 7 days prior to the booking.

    Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

  • Parties or events of any kind including photo shoots are prohibited unless arranged officially with the host.

    Redwood Cosy is located on a quiet close next to the Oakview Boutique. This is not a good location for extra guests and parties.

    Please be honest in your booking about the number of people staying and if you plan to invite extras - communicate this in advance. We will organise our cleaners for the larger group and add the extra occupant fees to your booking.

  • Breakages happen! The main thing is that we know about it. Please can you contact us as soon as you are aware of any breakages or damages so we can rectify and sort a solution before the next guest arrives.

    Glasses and crockery can be notified at the end of your stay.

    • 50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
